CANCELLATION POLICY

All clients must pay a £10 non refundable booking fee to secure all beauty appointments balance is payable on the day of booking via PayPal or Cash

For all PMU the consultation is completely free if you decide upon having the consultation you would like to proceed with microblading a £50 non refundable booking fee will be required which will be deducted from the price of the main treatment.

Arch Rival Brows requires a minimum of 72 hours notice to change, move or cancel your booking, so that we have enough time to contact clients on our waiting list. This is due to mandatory patch testing that is required for almost every appointment I do.

Should you need to cancel with more than 72 hours notice of your booking day and time, your booking fee is transferable to an alternative booking.

Should you need to cancel with less than 72 hours notice of your booking day and time you forfeit your booking fee and will be asked to pay another £10 booking fee

Should you fail to attend your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and will be asked to pay in full at the time of booking to secure any future bookings

Although this seems strict I’m not a scary monster and completely understand situations out of our control happen please just give me a call.

If you need to cancel your appointment you must email lydia@archrivalbrows.co.uk facebook messages are unacceptable because they don’t always come through

N.B all booking fees are non-refundable, and will be held on your account until it is used within the salon.

PAYMENTS

Arch Rival Brows accept PayPal and cash. We do not accept cheques and no credit can be given.
No children under the age 12 are allowed in the salon unless they are supervised by a friend, family member or guardian.
You must be 18 or over to be able to have any beauty treatment, anything younger you must have parent consent and parent or guardian must be present at the time of treatment

PATCH TESTING

For insurance purposes patch tests must be carried out for tinting, lash lifts and lash extensions at least 48 hours before treatment. Failing to have a patch test means that your treatment will be unable to go ahead as Arch Rival Brows won’t be covered for it even if you have had this treatment before or from another salon.

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your treatment, please call Lydia directly via email lydia@archrivalbrows.co.uk within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be required to attend a appointment so I may assess any issues or concerns. Please note we do not refund on any treatments and if the issue is due to workmanship I reserve the right to correct any problems.

MEDICAL ISSUES

If you have any medical conditions or are taking any medication that may affect your treatment in any way, please let me know.
